Rachel’s Journey to Strength and Confidence
🏋️♀️ Meet My Inspiring Client: Rachel Foster
Rachel is a 38-year-old busy entrepreneur dedicated to transforming her health and wellness. She is my in-home personal training client; I travel to her home in Bridgewater twice per week. We have been training together since September 2024.
⚠️ Challenges
As the owner of a successful business selling water filtration and ionization systems, she faced the constant challenge of balancing work demands with self-care. With long hours spent in front of the computer, she came to me due to struggling with low back pain, neck stiffness, and anxiety. The thought of stepping into a gym felt uncomfortable as she worried about being stared at and lacked confidence in knowing what to do without risking injury or more pain.
🚀 Starting Point
Determined to take control of her health, she started with small yet impactful changes. Our program began with three daily 15-minute walks with her dog, allowing her to enjoy the outdoors while gradually increasing her activity level.
📋 Fitness Program
Over the first 12 weeks, we focused on:
- Mobility drills to address her ankle stiffness and hip immobility.
- Core and scapular strengthening exercises.
With a commitment to bodyweight and resistance band exercises, she engaged in strength training three times a week, building both her muscular strength and body confidence. By week 12, she was training 6 days per week—2 days in her home with me and the rest through the WeStrive app. Throughout this journey, we worked closely to provide the motivation and accountability she needed.

- ✅ Significant decrease in lower back pain and neck stiffness – now at a comfortable level.
- ✅ Enhanced core strength, enabling her to perform daily activities with newfound confidence.
