As a personal trainer I offer a welcoming body-positive training experience for women of all shapes and sizes. Unlike other fitness facilities or trainers that obsess over unsustainable weight loss vmethods, I empower busy women to build self-confidence and better bodies through strength training and an anti-diet, weight-neutral approach based on the principles of the Health at Every Size movement including enjoyable movement, intuitive eating, and sustainable lifestyle changes for better health and wellbeing

Get Stronger At Every Size
Strength training offers women many benefits that go beyond physical appearance including improving body confidence, increasing metabolism, and enhancing overall physical and mental health. Pumping iron also helps women feel strong, toned, and empowered without fear of bulking up. As an added bonus, strength training can make us look and feel younger, preventing the natural muscle loss that comes with getting older, helping us feel energized and ready to take on the world.
Health at Every Size
Health at Every Size (HAES) is a holistic approach that promotes body positivity and encourages individuals to focus on overall well-being rather than strictly on weight loss. By emphasizing intuitive eating and exercise for enjoyment rather than punishment, HAES can help women break free from harmful dieting cycles and foster a healthier relationship with both food and their bodies.
Expert Trainer
As a Canfitpro Personal Training Specialist & Weight Trainer certified through the Nova Scotia Fitness Association with an educational background of a BSc in Nutrition and diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, I have both the knowledge and ability to help you achieve your goals. I have over 3 years of experience working with diverse populations leading clients to success.
Equipment & Community
For many women, the idea of going to a gym can bring back bad memories but the Sackville Sports Stadium Fitness Center offers a thriving community from all ages and walks of life, and over 10,000 square feet of strength training, cardio and flexibility equipment. As my personal training client, you will have access to the Fitness Centre & Training Zone during our training sessions. Additionally, by purchasing an All-Access membership, you can enjoy visiting the Fitness Center during regular business hours even when I am not present.
Personalized Progress Tracking
We understand that every fitness journey is unique. That’s why I prioritize individualized progress tracking tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Using tools like the WeStrive personal training app, I’ll monitor your progress, celebrate your wins, and make adjustments to your plan as needed. This ensures you’re consistently challenged and supported every step of the way. With Flex with Bex, you’ll always know where you stand and how far you’ve come, keeping you motivated and focused on your transformation.
Regular Communication & Support
All in-home and online programs come with the 5-star WeStrive mobile-friendly app to help members enjoy their fitness journey. Both the coach and client will utilize the same app that provides an easy breakdown of their fitness programs with a simple interface, tracking features, group messaging and much more. This app is free for the clients and available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Yes, I provide modifications and alternatives to exercises to ensure that individuals with chronic pain or injuries can still train safely and comfortably.
I offer in-person personal training, in-home training, and online personal training. Choose the option that best fits your schedule and lifestyle.
No! My programs are designed for women of all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, I ’ tailor your plan to meet your needs.
Wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear that allows for movement. We recommend activewear that you feel comfortable and confident in.
For in-home training, I bring all the necessary equipment with me, so you don't need to worry about anything.
Your Trainer will send an email letting you know when you have been added to the WeStrive App and then you can follow the steps in the email to sign-up. WeStrive FAQs can answer many of your questions regarding the WeStrive app. For more information, you can email the app developers through Help@westrive.com.
