Hi, my name is Jennifer Becky Lalonde (“Trainer Bex”) and I am a plus-sized trainer.
Like many women, I have struggled with body image and weight management. Plagued by perfectionism and internalized diet culture, I felt ashamed and hated the person I saw in the mirror.
After years of failed weight loss attempts, I discovered the transforming power of strength training and the principles of Health at Every Size movement.
As a personal trainer, I’ve made it my mission to empower women, helping them discover how they can break free from diet culture and embrace body positivity and strength regardless of their body size or shape.

With over 3 years as a Personal Trainer and 3 years as a Recreation Leader, I’ve worked with people of all ages and sizes. Currently, I’m a Floor Tech and Personal Trainer at Sackville Sports Stadium Fitness Centre, dedicated to helping women achieve fitness goals in a supportive and empowering environment.
